Synopsis :
The second in the 007 series finished filming on 23rd august 1963 and opened two months later at the Odeon Theatre, Leicester Square, London, becoming the top money making film of the year in the U.K.
In his second assignment, James Bond must collect a beautiful Russian Agent defecting with a valuable cypher machine known as Lektor. Unknown to "M" and 007, SPECTRE's No.1 Agent, Ernst Stavro Blofeld is behind the scheme. Not only is it his intention to set the Russians at odds with the British and profit on selling the Lektor machines back to the Russians, but Blofeld also wants to avenge Dr. No's death by luring Bond to his own demise.
"From Russia With Love" remains one of the most popular of the Bond films with it's pre-title sequence, the credits projected onto the female belly-dancers and witty one-liners.
